Service Description
This course equips staff, volunteers, and all church members with practical skills to recognize early warning signs, assess behavior, and respond confidently before situations escalate. Participants learn how to read people and environments, identify pre-incident indicators, and apply effective verbal and non-verbal de-escalation techniques to maintain control without confrontation. Church safety is strongest when it’s shared. When the entire congregation understands what to look for and how to respond, potential threats are identified earlier and handled more effectively—often before they disrupt the environment at all. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule, 48 hour advanced notice and confirmation is required. Deposits made will be forfeited if the cancellation is made within the 48 hour window of the training. In addition, trainings requiring travel out of our regional areas of coverage will require two week notification of cancellation to qualify for a refund of travel expenses.
